www.AlphaPrints.Art takes pride and extra cares to describe the products offered on our online stores as accurately as possible, but if a product offered by www.AlphaPrints.Art and purchased by you is not as described, please return it in unused condition for a replacement or refund. 2. PAYMENTS METHODS AND CHECKOUT.
*Our checkout is fast and secure server. No need to sign up ahead of time. Do your shopping, find the items you want to buy, and add them to your cart. You can make your payment using your PayPal account, or you can pay through PayPal with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.
*We do not accept payments by Mail, nor do we accept C.O.D. orders.
3. SHIPPING & HANDLING.
A Flat Rate is charged for packing & shipping for any quantity of prints, except for Gallery Wraps. We promptly ship within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment.
4. GUARANTEE, RETURNS, OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
*We stand behind our products-100% satisfaction guaranteed! Returns are allowed within 14-day of receiving your item. We will work with you to make your return as easy as possible. We will refund the price of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. The return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Item condition should be the same as received. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund. Refunds will be issued within three (3) business days after we receive the goods.
*If the goods are damaged in transit, please let us know within 5 days after receiving your order.
